If you treat your kale with tender loving care – massage it a bit, give it a tableside toss, and dress it up with shaved Parmesan and sourdough croutons, the Caesar dressing will happily step out on it’s regular partner Romaine. It’s OK; it can’t be helped.

These Popovers with Ham and Cheese are too easy – the hot oven does the work. They’ll steam and puff up, and when you pull them out of the oven they’ll be nicely caramelized on the outside and almost custard-like on the inside. They’re a real treat.
Sugar Snap Peas with Mint are tossed with mint, red onions, and a nice vinaigrette. The vinaigrette is lemony and mellow, but the salad is something else. Snap, crunch. Minty, sweet. It’s summer!
