The air fryer has become an integral part of our kitchen – it has even replaced our toaster oven. It’s quick, quiet, and so easy to use. The most important thing to consider when picking a model is the size of the basket. You should pick a model with a large enough basket that you aren’t forced to cook multiple batches for a single meal. Go big!

15 minutes at 400°; garnish with chopped scallions
French Fries
soaked in cold water with one t of baking soda for no longer that 12 hours, then rinsed, patted dry, and tossed with salt and a bit of olive oil
20 minutes at 400°
Roasted Pattypan
from frozen
5 minutes at 400° to thaw, then spritz with oil, sprinkle with salt, and roast for 20 more minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes or so; serve with pesto
Baked Russet Potato
rubbed in oil and wrapped in foil
50 minutes @ 400°
