Avocado Dipping Sauce

This avocado dipping sauce is good on just about anything. I love using it as a dip for tortilla chips, but the possibilities are endless! Chunky guacamole is it’s rustic cousin. Avocado Dipping Sauce is uptown, silky smooth.

Avocado Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 t Sriracha
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend – Add all of the ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth.
