Beef loves this Parsley Sauce – think Parsley Sauce drizzled over a sizzling steak, slathered on sourdough topped with a pile of shaved beef, poured over sauteed beef tips and mushrooms dolloped onto a pool of polenta… Sauces add flavor, and sometimes sophistication.
Parsley Sauce is basically a tamer Chimichurri – it’s sweeter and there’s no ‘gahhhhlik’. I love garlic, but there are those time when you’d just rather not, because well, you know, some people… Parley Sauce has got you – the condiment that you can count on, no matter who’s sitting around the table!


Parsley Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 cups parsley either curly or flat, loosely packed
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 T water
- 1 T chopped shallot
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Puree. Puree all sauce ingredients.
