Parsley Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 cups parsley either curly or flat, loosely packed
  • 2 T apple cider vinegar
  • 2 T water
  • 1 T chopped shallot
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Puree. Puree all sauce ingredients.
Parsley Sauce ready to be processed
