Parsley Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 cups parsley either curly or flat, loosely packed
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 T water
- 1 T chopped shallot
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t black pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Puree. Puree all sauce ingredients.
