Honey Mustard Sauce is a must for Chicken Tenders. It’s elemental, but so much more than just honey and mustard. I’ve always loved Honey Mustard Sauce because, not only did I think it was delicious, I assumed it was light – just honey and mustard. Some people do start there and call it done. However, the base of this Honey Mustard Sauce sauce is my beloved mayonnaise. It’s not light, but I’m not sorry. It’s so good.
Honey Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 2 T honey
- 2 T prepared yellow mustard
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 2 t lemon juice
Instructions
- Prep – Whisk together the mayo, honey, mustards, and lemon juice.
- Cover and chill – Cover and chill for a few hours or overnight.
