Prep the Brussels sprouts - Wash the Brussels sprouts and trim off any leaves that are less than perfect. Then slice the Brussels sprouts from top to bottom, and add them to a large bowl. Spray generously with olive oil spray and toss with salt and pepper, to taste.
Preheat the air fryer and cook - Preheat your air fryer to 400℉. Place the Brussels sprouts cut side down in the basket of your air fryer, and cook for 10 minutes, or until they're charred on the outside and have reached your desired level of tenderness on the inside.
Adorn, and serve - Take the Brussels sprouts out of the air fry and arrange them on a serving platter. Drizzle with your favorite sauce, and serve right away.
