Maple Chili Crisp is really something special – chili crisp is a blend of fried aromatics suspended in a mild chili oil, and it’s completely unique. There’s nothing else like it. My favorite brand is Lao Gan Ma Spicy Chili Crisp – it’s perfectly balanced.

Maple Chili Crisp

Ingredients

  • 2 T chili crisp
  • 3 T maple syrup
  • 1 T toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  • Mix – Spoon each ingredient into a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside to bring it to room temperature.
  • Serve – Pass the bow around the table with a big spoon for drizzling. Enjoy!
